When you call 911 away from home, they have no idea who you are or where you are. There are some medical situations that may could render you unable to communicate effectively to the 911 operator.

911 will not know who you are and you have to be able to communicate who you are, where you are and what your problem is in order for them to dispatch help. When you press your MobileHelp button, our operators know who you are and where you are even if you cannot communicate with us.

Our GPS software displays the location of the device to the operator during an emergency. With our web-based mapping, we can see where you are, even when you don’t know where you are.

Our operators has all of your information in front of them before you even speak to to an operator. When we set up your profile, we get important information that may be helpful in an emergency. We also have your contact information so family and friends can be notified immediately.
